Who are we?

Kenny Campbell

Kenny brings 20+ years of experience at the sharp end of media, including 13 years as Editor of Britain's most popular newspaper, Metro, and senior positions at titles including the Daily Mail and Express. 

He's also got a decade of PR and comms under his belt, and understands communications from both inside and outside the media bubble.

As well as consumer and in-house communications, Kenny is also a strategic comms specialist, having helped drive high-profile campaigns and political leadership bids, from the development of manifestos through to dealing with the daily opportunities and crises of such operations.

And he'll operate well with you and your team – one public relations client called him 'the kindest person I've ever worked with'. 

Howard Bowden

Howard is an award-winning PR/news consultant, media trainer and industry commentator, with two decades of experience at some of Britain's top public relations agencies.
A former national newspaper journalist, he has a deep understanding of the fast developing media landscape, matched with peerless copywriting, news generation and media relations skills.
Howard was creative and team lead behind a PR Week PR Campaign of the Year, SABREs EMEA Consumer Campaign of the Year, and a global Cannes Lions.

His media training is unbeatable and his clients have included celebrities, pop stars, Starbucks, Morrisons and Coca-Cola Enterprises.

His political experience includes being comms director for several Remain campaigns, working alongside high-profile MPs and stakeholders. 

He also has a cracking black book of contacts.

Always deliver, always keep it simple

Whether you need coaching, coverage, content or cunning, we take on projects we know we can deliver to a high standard (though we do like a challenge). Unlike some public relations types, we don't over-complicate matters – time and budgets are too precious for that. 

The team you need, and only the team you need

Work with us and you'll be dealing only with our directors. If we think we'd benefit from additional expertise, we'll bring it in as needed, and you won't ever find yourself in the hands of junior PR agency staff – because we don't have junior PR agency staff.

Lower overheads + lower costs = better value

We operate wherever we are needed, without permanent offices, and that's no accident. By keeping our overheads to a minimum, we keep our costs under tight control which, in turn, means we can offer far better value to you.
